Each of Bay Lake Resort’s custom 260 lots (each approximately 45’ X 90’) are surrounded by over 30 acres of beautiful Key West style landscaping, vast wetland preservation areas and natural lakefront beauty.Your lot purchase includes a 1600 sq. ft. custom brick paver pad with a decorative lighted pedestal with water, cable, phone and internet connections.  Underground utilities and sewer connections and a beautifully landscaped lawn with automatic irrigation system are included.  If you want additional space a custom built “Casita” is optional and can be built on any of our lots.

Several Casita floor plans from 486 sq. ft. to over 850 sq. ft. are available.  Casita options include:  1) outdoor stainless steel kitchens, 2) upgraded interior tiles and fixtures and 3) enhanced landscape packages.

Our on-site designer will assist you with every detail throughout the design process.  Your casita will be built by our own construction company, where attention to detail and customer satisfaction is our highest priority.  You will find that your beautiful “Key West” style casita is perfect for storage, crafts, hobbies or entertaining your neighbors.
