Joel Elmore -  General Manager

Joel and his wife Bobbie reside in Lakeland , Florida with their 19 year old parrot Sonny and their three cats Cleopatra, Sir Anthony, and Rudy. He has enjoyed over 30 years in the RV business and has been able to travel the entire continental United States. He has a great passion for central Florida .

Joel has traveled coast to coast the last eight years and says he is glad to be back on the ground and not in an airplane. When he is not at work Joel enjoys playing lots of golf, working in his yard, watching the Lakeland Dreadnaughts play high school football, and serving as a board member of The Global Reach Foundation.” I believe in giving back my time and money to help others less fortunate. I thank God we live in a wonderful country”.

Bruce Cawthorne - Director of Sales

Bruce and his wife, Malinda reside in Polk City, Florida. Malinda is a semi-retired Interior Designer who owns an Interior Design firm with their daughter, Elizabeth, in Atlanta, Georgia. Bruce served in the USAF for 6 years and is a former PGA Golf Professional. He worked for 20 years in sales and management for the Ben Hogan Golf Company and has been with CRF Communities for the last 6 years.

When he is not at Bay Lake Motorcoach Resort he can be found on the golf course or traveling in his 2004 Monaco Signature.

Linda Ostberg - Community Representative

Linda and her husband Jack reside in Auburndale, Florida with their dog Coco and three horses, Goldie, Sugar and Java. They have two married sons, John and Luke, and one grandson, Ethan. John is a high school math teacher and Luke is a building contractor. Linda enjoys horseback riding and spending time with family and friends.

Linda was a music teacher before coming to work with CRF Communities. She has been with CRF for 14 years in marketing and sales. During that time she has had the pleasure of meeting people from all over the world. She appreciates the opportunity to introduce customers to communities that meet their specific needs and desires. She loves working with people and looks forward to meeting many new friends as they visit CRF Communities.
