A nautical, water activity based area by nature, our RV Resort sits on the shores of the 1000 acres of Lake Mattie and has inland waterways in the area and ocean based activities are nearby. Our gated Class A Motor Coach and RV community is based around the 260 patio sites that feature 1600 square feet of space and optional 400 to 800 square foot casitas for the best in outdoor living, with the active adult lifestyle in mind. Many options include a stainless steel outdoor kitchen, upgraded landscaping, lighting and pavers or tile and host of other choices.

This RV Resort is located in sunny central Florida, so it is close to everything, including centrally located between Orlando and Tampa. Most of our exclusive membership loves the amenities that we offer including our 12,000 square foot clubhouse, fitness center with state of the art fitness center, billiard room, swimming pool and movie theater We have many group activities together, such as potluck dinners, dances and arts and crafts.

Bay Lake Motor Coach Resort is truly a RV Resort where you can enjoy nearby golf or theme parks, but many of our active adult or retired adults like to spend the afternoon on the community pontoon boat, or get their own boat and use the private ramp and docking facilities.
